I would like to invite you to a “Meet & Greet” right here in your neighborhood at 140 Linden Ave. I am so pleased that my friend, Anne Proffit, has graciously offered to host this event in the mezzanine of the beautiful Historic Lafayette. Last October, I attended the Lafayette’s 90th anniversary celebration; having
co-founded East Village with Phil Appleby, and being a voting member of Long Beach Heritage, I have a special appreciation for this iconic building.
